B Class snails will not reach the size required to fullfill restaurant requirements. They are of the same quality as A class snails just smaller in size. Snails will be between 5-8g proving 60-100 snails per 500g.

Orders will be handpicked on Monday’s only, they are then purged and cleaned for five days, refrigerated and shipped out the following Monday. We Aus Post express post all packages.
